I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns in Gainesville, FL. I earned my Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida, and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I am joyfully married and blessed with both children and grandchildren. I love dogs, coffee, food, nature, and the beautiful things found all around myself.
I believe all of us were created to connect with one another and engage life together. These relationships can make the world go round and give a reason to live. Or they can suck life out and devastate. They can remain in neutral with no real enjoyment of the other. Or the choice may be to just live without them. I have found myself falling into all these ruts. If you find yourself in a relational rut, — with yourself or others — I’m here to offer you both a hand and guidance on the path of living well and loving well.
